West Phoenix Semi-submersible rig

Chart - BA223 - Dunrobin Point to Buckie

Mariners are advised that the semi-submersible rig "West Phoenix" is at anchor in the Cromarty Firth Outer anchorage at Lat 57 degrees 42.3' North, Long 003 degrees 52.6' West

The rig will be anchored with a spread of 8 anchors, each with a scope of up to 2000m.

Supply and support vessels are liable to be encountered anywhere in the vicinity of moored rigs within Cromarty Firth Port limits. Mariners are therefore instructed to give the "West Phoenix" a wide berth and at all times to proceed with utmost caution.
